Starting Therapy
After you reach out, I usually schedule a brief 15-minute phone call. This time gives you the opportunity to ask questions and helps me get a sense of what you’re looking for and how I can best support you. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll set up an appointment time either in person or virtual, depending on what works best for you. Once we schedule, I’ll send you the intake forms (or you can access them here). It’s most helpful if I receive your completed forms at least 24 hours before your first session so I have time to review them and prepare for our work together. The first session looks a little different for everyone. We might talk about what brought you in, what feels difficult or confusing, and what you hope might be different. There’s no right or wrong way to begin—the process starts with conversation and happens at a pace that feels most helpful to you.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals, couples, and families ages 12 and up facing addiction, codependency, trauma, anxiety, depression, communication issues, transitions, feeling stuck in life or creative work, and other life challenges.
My work integrates psychoeducation (helping you understand what's happening), practical coping skills (managing overwhelm), and psychotherapy (the deeper process work including trauma healing). Whether you're struggling with technology use, relationship patterns, past experiences, or simply feeling overwhelmed by modern life, I'm here to support your journey toward healing and growth.
I welcome people from all backgrounds who are ready to explore change and build healthier patterns in their lives.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visitwww.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
